    Hiking Manoa Falls was a gorgeous walk through the rainforest ending in a beautiful waterfall. Not the most strenuous or dangerous hike we’ve ever attempted, which was perfect because I could enjoy lunch and an afternoon sunbathing and swimming at Ala Moana Regional Park Beach without my muscles quivering the rest of the day.
