Book recommendation! 📚🤓🔥 Finding new (to me) authors is like Christmas morning as a child: a wonderful, magical, cherished moment. Julie Soto’s writing and storytelling is inspired in Rose in Chains. Romantasy is all the rage right now, but she managed to create a magic system that feels fresh and deep. And the tension, longing, and tenderness between the romantic couple is spellbinding. The dual story arch between past and present, innocence and cynicism, hope and betrayal and a return to hope made my heart ache in the very best way possible. Five stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
