Recharging with Sand, Sunshine & a Favorite Author

The last 10 days have burned me out: working my 9 to 5, developmental edits on Romantasy book 1 (which are proudly back with my agent and have GREATLY improved my story!!), launching Brewing Tricks Before Treats, and yesterday’s craft fair book signing. All exciting stuff, but my engine was running on fumes. Today, I’m relaxing at the beach, soaking in the sun, and starting a new book, Hex Appeal by Kate Johnson. (No relation.) She wrote a few of my favorites, including Impossible Things, Little Haunting by the Sea, and The Untied Kingdom, so I know I’m in good hands to recharge and enjoy myself.
