I’ve kept a diary for as long as I can remember – probably since middle school if not late elementary – but my journal entries for the last 10 years of my life have been less diary and more a log of daily page counts to keep me accountable for my work in progress. Although I’m sentimental about retiring my old journal, the girlie in me can’t help but enjoy that itch of excitement while starting a fresh page! I’ve kept this particular journal since 2014, waiting for the right moment to crack that first entry. And the moment has arrived!
