If you’re looking to satiate your Bridgerton fix, check out this oldie, but a goodie, The Raider, by Jude Devereux. The heroine in this book falls in love with “The Raider,” a dashing, dangerous bandit who steals from the rich and gives to the poor. She prefers him over the man courting her, a rich snob – the exact sort of man the raider would steal from. Little does she know that they’re the same man! It’s fun and flirty and hilarious watching the lovely heroine fall in love with both men, and watching our dashing hero actually become jealous… of himself!
