Pumpkin Inspiration

Each short story in Funk-N-Fiction’s annual Halloween Flash Fiction Blog Event is inspired by an image from a DeviantArt artist. My idea for Pumpkin & Spice sprouted from this gorgeous pumpkin photo by Moyrah. As I was crafting my story, I thought to myself, “What would a person do with that many pumpkins?” And that’s how Garth and Isrid’s jack o’lantern carving date gone wrong came to fruition.
