First Coast Romance Writers October meeting is only one week away! Join us Saturday, Oct. 14, 10am-1pm, at the West Brach Library in Duval County and have the opportunity to network with published authors and enjoy several craft workshops, including my presentation on identifying and eliminating filler words. Using real examples in romance, we’ll discuss passive versus active sentences, so you are empowered to remove filler words, enrich your writing with active sentences, and sprinkle passive sentences intentionally.
