One of my favorite parts of writing Ghostly Intentions was developing my heroine’s character. Nannette is a witch who can only see the dead, but without her sight, her other senses have enhanced. She can also hear the lingering echo of other witches’ magic as music. Unexpectedly—and deliciously—when her magic merges with Colton’s, it creates their own song… “Two minor undulating melodies twined together in a taunting rhythm, stretching and leaping, straining over and under one another in bittersweet discord. A duet of shadow and light.”
