When plotting a book, I tend to pose a lot of questions for my characters in order to discover what happens next. Why would a moral, brave and strong hero kidnap people across the galaxy? What would motivate a fierce, independent, firecracker like Kinsley to fall for her captor? By unknotting the tangled roots underlying these unlikely circumstances, my plot is character-driven and connected to the heart of my story: Kinsley and Raveno.
